Our Location

We are conveniently located in the Baptist Hospital Medical Complex in Nashville, TN. Parking is Free and located at 2080 Hayes Street (directly behind our building). Be sure to input the parking garage address into your GPS system.

Directions:Our parking garage is located on 2080 Hayes Street Nashville, TN 37203 which is behind our building. You can Google or Yahoo this address. Once in the garage, proceed to the fourth floor. Then take the cross walk into our building. Turn left once inside, and you will see our name on Suite 300. Please also feel free to call us if you need help with directions.

Office Hours

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM

Call us for Saturday appointments.

After Hours Emergency: Call (615) 340-4733 and you will be directed to the nurse on call.

Insurance

We are pleased to file insurance on your behalf as a courtesy and accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Contact us if you are not sure if your insurance plan is accepted.
