Operation Military June
Shofner Vision Center will promote Operation Military June and gift $400 ($200 per eye) for each LASIK or PRK appointment booked during the month of June (the patient, if deemed a good candidate for LASIK, must subsequently have the procedure). The patient receives the most affordable LASIK price in Middle Tennessee and Shofner Vision absorbs the cost of the donation. Although the appointment must be made in June, both the LASIK evaluation and surgery can take place anytime during 2013.
